Order Processing

After placing your order, it will take approximately 1 to 3 business days to process. On weekdays, processing usually takes one business day. However, if you place an order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, the processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivered within an average of 8 to 15 business days. We are committed to ensuring fast and smooth delivery.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment through our automated systems. Therefore, cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed.

However, if you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, we offer a hassle-free return. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it for a full refund.

Responsibility for Uncollected Parcels

If your parcel is not delivered due to your absence and is sent to the post office for collection, it is your responsibility to retrieve it within the allotted time.

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we do not offer a refund. However, we can arrange a reshipment at your expense. Please contact us at info@raffinemode.com for shipping costs.

If you choose not to opt for a reshipment, we will require proof that we have not fulfilled our delivery obligations.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you plan to file a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, you must contact us first.

We encourage you to inform us of the issue in writing and give us the opportunity to resolve it. You can contact us by email at support@oliviavancouver.com or via our contact form on our website.

If we do not respond within a reasonable time or if the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can then proceed with filing a dispute.
